The customer, a large construction business, provides a diversified range of services across the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors Australia wide. Consulcad was engaged to provide specialist organisational change management services across several initiatives impacting people, processes and technology.
How we solved it
Consulcad change management specialist were embedded within the client team, building organisational change management capability, including:

- Development of key messages and other communications deliverables for two organisation-wide initiatives.
- Assessment of technology, process and role alignment for a new technology system.
- Application of existing Organisational Change Management templates to identify improvement opportunities.
