When the company was developing a new coal mine in Indonesia, Consulcad was engaged to implement a solution to deliver Engineering Information Management
How we solved it
Consulcad worked with the project controls team on the ground in Balikpapan Indonesia to gather requirements, map workflows and configure the solution.
- The configuration approach was aligned to the company’s standard engineering practices and supported the local requirements to provide external contract access which enabled end to end project collaboration where drawings could be submitted, marked up and reviewed.
